Where does Titaner ship to?

US continental: Shipping will be to the United States.

International: Shipping will be to the following countries:

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, France(continental), Germany, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Slovakia, Poland, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.

How will you ship my order?

Standard shipping international: APC or USPS 7-20 business days

Express shipping international: DHL 7-10 business days

Titaner will select a courier based on current rates and the shipping level chosen by the customer (standard shipping or express shipping). Express shipping may not be available sometimes or to your region, which is subject to the shopping page.

Order Processing

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed before you get a tracking number. Some orders may require extra processing time during the shopping season. We appreciate your patience, and we work hard as possible to make your orders delivered.

Incomplete Address & Undelivered Packages

Titaner is not responsible for packages returned to our facility by the courier due to incomplete or incorrect addresses. Please double-check the shipping address to ensure that your package arrives at its final destination safely.

To get your resend your package in this case, Titaner will charge an extra shipping fee. We will resend the package only once if the courier has returned it.
