1.Where does Titaner ship to?

United States、United Kingdom、Australia, Canada,Germany,France、 Italy、Japan, Belgium,Denmark、Mexico, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland,Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, and Other countries

2.How long does it take for my order arrive?

All orders will be scheduled for shipment in 1-3 business days after the order is placed, excluding holidays. This applies to Express orders as well. Some orders may require extra processing time during the shopping season. We appreciate your patience, and we work hard as possible to make your orders delivered.

Once your order has been processed for shipment, you will receive an automated shipping notification . This will contain your tracking information!

*If you do not receive your Tracking Email within 3 business days of placing your order please check your Spam and/or Promotions folders.

Standard shipping: 7-20 business days

Express shipping: 5-7 business days

Titaner will select a courier based on current rates and the shipping level chosen by the customer (standard shipping or express shipping). Express shipping may not be available sometimes or to your region, which is subject to the shopping page.

3.For Spoiled Package or Not Satisfied with the Product

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at pierre@titaner.com to arrange a refund or exchange.

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, suppose you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund. Please see below for more information on our Return policy.

4.Shipping Disclaimer

Once your order has been shipped out, Titaner is not responsible for any losses or damages in transit. The customer’s responsibility is to follow the tracking information provided and contact the courier, to monitor the delivery of the shipment. Our Customer Service Team is happy to help you in recovering an item to the best of our abilities, however, we are unable to provide a replacement or refund until the item is returned successfully or confirmation that the item is being returned can be provided.

Titaner is not responsible for packages returned to our facility by the courier due to incomplete or incorrect addresses. Please double-check the shipping address to ensure that your package arrives at its final destination safely.

To get your resend your package in this case, Titaner will charge an extra shipping fee. We will resend the package only once if the courier has returned it.
